The life of a kid

 The life of a kid is great.

It can be awesome and marvelous.


But it has its ups and downs.


It can be depressing and ravenous,


For joy and for fairness.


Staying a kid is probably every adult’s dream.


Having fun and eyes having a wonderful gleam.


The life of a kid is the greatest.

The Last Beekeeper Review

The Last Beekeeper   This book review, is about a novel I read a week ago called ‘The Last Beekeeper’ by Siya Turabi. It is a historical fiction, which in some ways, involves magic. This book is about a boy named Hassan who lives in a village in Pakistan. One day, he and his father went to a forest to get a type of special honey called black honey, which is used for healing curable aliments. However, people are no longer allowed to go to the forest where the beehives are because of a new law. He and his father illegally went there, but his father fell off of the tree while trying to get the black honey and got hurt. The beekeeper, who had never been seen before, rescued Hassan’s father. However, guards looked for his father, who went missing. Hassan got a scholarship and went to a town called Karachi. Las Vegas and Arizona

  This post is about me and my family’s trip to Las Vegas, and to lots of places in Arizona when we used to live in America. This trip was before the Covid-19 pandemic, only a few days after it was discovered in China.        We reached a hotel at almost midnight after 6 hours of travel. The first place we visited was Hoover dam. We went there on the afternoon of the second day. It is a very famous dam in America, probably the most famous, which I have heard of for a very long time. We walked on the dam and looked over the edge. It  was so big, and the water looked like the most soothing shade of blue. Me and my family spent a lot of time there and took lots of photos. That night we went to a fancy casino called Aria; we took lots of photos there too. Then we walked in the Las Vegas Strip and saw the fake Statue of Liberty and Eiffel Tower.
